Vehicle history vs personal information
Parking Lot Auto is designed to preserve a vehicle's factual history without publicly exposing prior owners' personal information. Public reports should use vehicle/event facts rather than personal identity.
Third-party providers
Where an external provider is used for inspection verification, payments, messaging, AI, financing or insurance, only information reasonably necessary for that function should be transmitted.
Controls
Users can manage notification preferences and may submit privacy/data requests through the account/support workflows. Administrative access to sensitive documents is restricted and audited.
