Marketplace role
Parking Lot Auto provides marketplace, verification, history, inspection, communication and transaction-support tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Parking Lot Auto is not the owner or seller of listed vehicles and does not guarantee seller statements.
Vehicle information
Seller-provided, third-party, inspection, AI-assisted and platform-calculated information must remain distinguishable. History reports describe information available to the platform and should not be read as proof that an unreported event never occurred.
Transactions
Offers, reservations and other workflow states are subject to the applicable payment/refund policy and any seller-specific transaction terms. Final ownership transfer remains subject to lawful documentation and applicable Jamaican requirements.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit stolen vehicles, fraudulent documents, misleading mileage, deceptive media, abusive communications or attempt to enumerate or misuse third-party provider services.
AI
AI-assisted content is a drafting and screening aid. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of listing facts. AI output must not be represented as an independent mechanical inspection or official government record.
